Sellers Remain Hesitant to List

In a recent article in Realtor® Magazine a report sited that a majority of homeowners are reluctant to sell because: they are underwater still on their mortgages, home prices haven’t gone beyond the pre-recession levels, or they haven’t found their next home.  They also say: “They’re also telling us they need more information about their markets, pricing, and specific home improvement in order to list.”
