What We Do
We are REALTORS® that are engaged in residential real estate sales for buyers, sellers and investors in the areas of Jacksonville and St. Augustine with concentration on the coastal areas of Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra and Ponte Vedra Beach, Vilano Beach and St. Augustine Beach.
We have experience in marketing and selling in every major golf club community in the area as well as oceanfront and waterfront communities. We have over seven years of experience in selling and listing real estate, with over 50 transactions and $50 million of residential real estate in these areas. Our future plans include adding REALTORS to the Morrow Marketing Group in additional coastal areas throughout Florida.
We represent buyers and sellers. We can offer our licensed real estate services representation as a single agent or as a transaction broker. Offering more than one type of representation is important to many of our clients, and it affords clients with different levels of fiduciary responsibility on the part of the agent to their client.
