The three ‘Midrange’ project types that provide the most costs recouped are: Entry door replacement (steel); Garage door replacement; and Stone Veneer accenting. 96 to 100%+ of costs recouped for seemingly ‘little’ projects such as those. For those projects labeled ‘Upscale,’ the three projects that provide the highest return are: Siding replacement (fiber-cement); Window replacement (wood); and again in the top, for those homes that need more than your ‘basic’ doors, Garage door replacement. 75 – 86% of costs recouped for the ‘larger’ remodel projects.
